Larry Taylor Note: Last week had some old-timers come up to the DEPOT cabin down from me in the Oklahoma Mountain Gateway [see above image] and stayed for a couple of days. Drank some coffee with Jim & Bob, with them telling me it was strange weather, as they kept a fire all night in the cabin because of the unusual coolness in the night air. Bob pointed out that when he awoke the sun was coming up in the wrong position of the sky, too far north. That is a fact, as the sun seems coming up lately too far north and goes down a little too far south ? Jim slept with the fire that night and Bob said he was wrapped in a blanket that night. Too cool – too early ! + Jim saw a bigfoot once in the woods where they hunt east of their cabin. Jim said that it really “smelled bad” — I’m aware of that stinky smell here in the mountains……………………………………………………….Larry W. Taylor
